JYOVEX is a battery product brand of Joyang New Energy Battery (Suqian) Co., Ltd., the Suqian production base of Shenzhen Jiuyi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Located in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu, the 15,000 m² factory operates 5 fully automated production lines — 2 for cell manufacturing and 3 for PACK assembly — covering the full chain from cell material batching, winding, electrolyte filling and capacity grading to SMT production and PACK assembly, with digital process control. Key process data is collected online, supported by digital quality monitoring and product traceability systems. Main products are 1.5V constant-voltage rechargeable lithium batteries and USB direct-charge batteries, covering AA, AAA, C, D, 3V CR123, 3.7V 18650/21700 and 9V series. Depending on model, products can be supplied with IEC62133, CE/CB, UN38.3, MSDS, 3C, UL2054, RoHS2.0, EU1542, KC/PSE, FCC and other certifications and test reports. Backed by 10+ years of battery R&D and manufacturing experience from the parent company, products are digitally produced across the full chain from cell to finished goods, and are exported to 31 countries in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Africa.
